Bien que nous ayons eu des exp\u00e9riences diff\u00e9rentes en tant qu\u2019adopt\u00e9es transraciales au sein de nos familles adoptives, l\u2019une ayant eu ce qu\u2019on peut qualifier d\u2019un point de vue moral une \u00ab bonne \u00bb et l\u2019autre une \u00ab mauvaise \u00bb exp\u00e9rience de l\u2019adoption, nous sommes parvenues \u00e0 une m\u00eame vision politique et d\u00e9coloniale d\u2019un syst\u00e8me qu\u2019est l\u2019adoption internationale.<br \/>Dans ces vid\u00e9os, nous ne cherchons pas \u00e0 \u00eatre exhaustives mais simplement \u00e0 faire part de nos r\u00e9flexions issues de notre exp\u00e9rience et notre v\u00e9cu en tant qu\u2019adopt\u00e9es transraciales. Nous avons conscience que tous.tes les adopt\u00e9.es ne se reconna\u00eetront pas dans nos propos qui sont le fruit d\u2019une posture r\u00e9flexive et militante. Partant du constat que la parole est tr\u00e8s peu donn\u00e9e aux adopt\u00e9es, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er notre propre m\u00e9dia pour exprimer notre point de vue \u201csitu\u00e9\u201d qui se nourrit aussi d\u2019une certaine \u00ab expertise de terrain \u00bb enrichie par des lectures et des rencontres.<\/p><p>Le mois de l\u2019adoption commence au d\u00e9but du mois prochain, nous pensions qu\u2019il \u00e9tait donc int\u00e9ressant de faire co\u00efncide la diffusion des vid\u00e9os avec ces dates, sachant l \u2018importance qu\u2019il y a de nous rapproprier et visibiliser nos histoires.<\/p><p>Bon visionnage,<br \/>Joohee et Anne Cath.<\/p><p>Le Mois National de Sensibilisation \u00e0 l\u2019Adoption commence \u00e0 partir de novembre, alors nous avons pens\u00e9 qu\u2019il \u00e9tait int\u00e9ressant de faire co\u00efncider la distribution de nos vid\u00e9os avec ces dates, sachant l\u2019importance de nous r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer et de rendre nos histoires visibles.<\/p><h3><strong>Histoire de NAAM ( National Adoption Awareness Month )<\/strong><\/h3><p>En 1976, le gouverneur du Massachusetts, Michel Dukakis, a cr\u00e9\u00e9 la Semaine Nationale de l\u2019Adoption, afin d\u2019attirer l\u2019attention sur le \u00ab sort des enfants plac\u00e9s en famille d\u2019accueil \u00bb.<\/p><p>En 1984, le pr\u00e9sident Ronald Reagan a cr\u00e9\u00e9 la Semaine Nationale de l\u2019Adoption, afin \u00ab d\u2019encourager un effort national visant \u00e0 promouvoir l\u2019adoption d\u2019enfants, et en particulier d\u2019enfants ayant des besoins sp\u00e9ciaux \u00bb.<\/p><p>Onze ans plus tard, en 1995, le pr\u00e9sident Bill Clinton a consacr\u00e9 un mois entier \u00e0 l\u2019adoption, affirmant dans sa proclamation que \u00ab l\u2019adoption fournit un moyen de construire et de renforcer les familles \u00bb et que \u00ab l\u2019adoption permet \u00e9galement aux adultes de vivre les joies uniques de la parentalit\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p><p>En 1998, le pr\u00e9sident Clinton a publi\u00e9 \u00ab une nouvelle directive au minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 et des Services sociaux afin pour \u00e9tendre l\u2019utilisation d\u2019Internet comme outil pour trouver des foyers pour les enfants qui attendent d\u2019\u00eatre adopt\u00e9s en famille d\u2019accueil \u00bb.<\/p><p>Le pr\u00e9sident Barack Obama, lui-m\u00eame l\u2019enfant d\u2019un p\u00e8re absent et souvent sous la garde de ses grands-parents maternels, a proclam\u00e9 en novembre 2016 : \u00ab Chaque ann\u00e9e en novembre, nous reconnaissons le r\u00f4le important que l\u2019adoption a jou\u00e9 dans la vie des enfants et des familles dans notre pays et dans le monde, et nous r\u00e9affirmons notre engagement pour que chaque enfant puisse trouver sa famille permanente \u00bb.<\/p><p>Aujourd\u2019hui, certaines organisations appellent cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement le Mois National de l\u2019Adoption.<\/p><p>Et les voix invisibilis\u00e9es des adopt\u00e9s ?<\/p><blockquote><p>#flipthescript<\/p><\/blockquote><p>En novembre 2014, Rosita Gonz\u00e1lez de Lost Daughters a cr\u00e9\u00e9 le mouvement #flipthescript sur Twitter.
